In this capacity, Veska led a team of 1,200 employees and joined the firm's Board of Directors. After transitioning to the law firm of Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo in the mid 1990's, Veska's responsibilities soon grew to encompass the areas of financing, M&A and institutional portfolio management.
